In this short time, Grass Valley’s device has proven to be a strong contender in the camera market, making the decision to expand an easy one.
So, what makes the LDX-135 so special? In short: versatility and advanced, sophisticated technology. This camera system is able to operate both in traditional baseband mode and the modern SMPTE ST 2110 standard. Thanks to innovative JPEG-XS compression, network bandwidth usage is significantly reduced.
Another highlight is its integration with the CCS-ONE server and Creative Grading. Those who enjoy working on a tablet or PC will appreciate the simple and precise control it provides. Because that way, colour corrections and workflow optimisations become even more effortless.
The LDX-135 excels with its excellent image quality, even during fast movements. This is made possible by three 2/3″ Xenios imagers with global shutter. Additionally, the integration of an optical low-pass filter combined with the global shutter significantly minimises the unwanted Moiré effect when filming LED walls.
