That is exactly what our host Rebekka did: she packed her bags, crossed the border and arrived in Amsterdam. Her destination was LANG NL and, more specifically, its Managing Director, Jimmy Geelen, who leads the youngest member of the LANG family.

Jimmy knows the AV industry from the ground up. He started out as a technician and worked his way into a position that gives him a rare perspective today: he understands how the industry looks from the inside, and knows precisely what its players actually need. Not a bad starting point for someone who serves as a key contact in the Dutch market.

In the new episode of LANG Story Short, the conversation covers Jimmy`s early days as a technician, the role of personal networks in the AV business, and the question of what bananas have to do with southern German beer. We will not be spoiling that last one here.
